Michael Feld: Chief Executive Officer

As a Founder of VertitechIT, Mike has provided telecommunications leadership, IT consulting, and engineering support for healthcare providers, telecommunications carriers, as well as mid and large sized businesses for more than two decades. A recognized innovator in the field, he has managed the company’s meteoric growth and remained on the bleeding edge of technology innovation, while maintaining his unique “personal” touch to client relationships.

As interim CTO for Temple University Health System, University of Chicago Medicine, and as Executive Consultant to Baystate Health and Lancaster General Health System, Mike has been central to the roll-out of modern, foundational technologies such as hyper-converged architecture, desktop virtualization, VoIP/unified communications, advanced storage, and the networking infrastructure needed to support EMR deployment. His significant IT and management experience outside the medical world has allowed clients to utilize proven and successful technologies and designs in a medical context, further increasing financial and operational efficiency, total systems availability and resilience, and overall improvements in clinical performance.


Gregory R. Pellerin: President and Chief Operating Officer

Overseeing operations, sales, and new business development efforts, Greg Pellerin is President and COO of VertitechIT, and has been at the forefront of the telecommunications and IT industries for more than 15 years.

Before teaming with Mike Feld in founding the company, Greg served as the Director of Commercial Sales for regional ISP Javanet, Director of Commercial Voice and Data Services for national broadband service provider RCN, and Director of Service Delivery for Connecticut Telephone, a Hartford Connecticut-based CLEC.

Greg currently serves as interim Chief Technology Officer for several large medical providers and acts as the Executive Project Officer for numerous healthcare infrastructure and datacenter migration efforts.


Terry Grogan: Chief Information Officer/Executive Project Officer

Terry was the founder and principal consultant of Health Technology Solutions prior to its acquisition by VertitechIT. Since 1997, she has served as a senior level Technology Director for some of the nation’s leading healthcare institutions and brings with her, a strong understanding of healthcare business drivers. She has expertise in streamlining IT operations, directing administration of complex infrastructure environments, and meeting business objectives.

Terry is currently the interim Chief Information Security Officer for Temple University Health System and serves as an Executive Project Officer for several mid-sized healthcare clients in the mid-west and mid-Atlantic regions of the country.


Steve Shaw: Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Having spent more than 30 years in the marketing and communications industries as a television reporter, production agency founder, and multimedia network executive, Steve brings his creative talents to VertitechIT as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Communications. He also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

A nationally renowned corporate storyteller and Emmy Award-winning producer, Steve works in developing new business opportunities and heads up branding and marketing efforts as well as communications. In addition to his internal duties, Steve consults with healthcare IT clients across the country in developing effective strategies for communicating IT organizational change.


Mike Machulsky: Executive Vice President, Business Development

Mike was the co-founder and President of Software Logic before joining VertitechIT as Executive Vice President, Business Development in 2016.  He also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

For over two decades, he has developed technology solutions in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, and education, with specific expertise in the integration of Microsoft-centric hybrid cloud solutions. Mike has worked collaboratively with leading technology firms, such as Microsoft, HP, and Cisco, while establishing award winning sales and customer service programs. Prior to Software Logic, Mike served in a variety of CIO and Director positions at CGI, Cigna, and GE.


Dr. Neil Kudler, M.D.: Chief Medical Officer

Bridging the technology gap between clinicians and the IT departments that support them is the primary responsibility for VertitechIT’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Neil Kudler is the former Chief Medical Information Officer for Baystate Health and the former Senior Healthcare Innovation Strategist for TechSpring (Baystate Health’s Technology Innovation Center). As CMO, Dr. Kudler also consults and provide guidance to clients in the areas of diversified health system operations, population health, and data analytics.

He is a graduate of Colgate University and received his Master’s degree from Harvard Divinity School. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University and trained in internal medicine at UC San Francisco.


Gerry Gosselin: Chief Technology Officer

Gerry oversees a team of senior engineers and architects and is responsible for determining technology, scope, and level of effort for all company projects. He joined VertitechIT in 2013 bringing with him a wide variety of high-level IT experience across the whole stack including network engineering, monitoring and management, virtualization, system administration, and systems integration. His expertise in programming often brings a unique approach to problem solving, infrastructure automation, and data acquisition. The confluence of such skills lends itself perfectly to today’s age of software-defined-everything, DevOps, containers, and hybrid clouds.

Executive Project Officers

EPOs take on leadership roles at some of the most prestigious healthcare institutions across the country. All of our Executives began their careers outside of healthcare, and bring with them the management, business, operations, technical, regulatory, and legal experience necessary to guide the digital transformation process. As Executive Project Officers, they oversee a collaborative Office of the CTO (oCTO), implementing VertitechIT’s proprietary LeverageIT© process. Working side by side with senior internal managers, the oCTO refines strategic directives and implements tactical solutions that make organizations more profitable and efficient.


Myles Angell: Executive Project Officer

Myles joined VertitechIT following an eight-year stint at Radisphere National Radiology Group where he served as Director of SaaS Operations. He began his career at VertitechIT as the Manager of Infrastructure, overseeing a staff of infrastructure architects and engineers focused on improving workflow and IT operations. As an Executive Project Officer, Myles was integral to the successful implementation of a new hyper-converged architecture and VDI rollout at Baystate Health in Springfield, Massachusetts.


Michael Catrini: Executive Project Officer

The former Chief Technology Officer for the University of Connecticut Medical Center and Rutland Vermont Regional Health Services, Michael Catrini joined VertitechIT as an Executive Project Officer in 2019. The former Chair of the Connecticut Hospital Association Technology Leadership Group and a charter member of the Aruba Networks Advisory Board, Catrini has expertise in new facility construction,  VDI, integrated private cloud EHR implementation, and the development of enterprise data warehouses and analytics reporting platforms.


Steven Cummings: Executive Project Officer

Steve launched his career in Nursing then transitioned into IT where he has implemented solutions across the healthcare industry.  A seasoned Chief Information Officer and IT executive, he joined VertitechIT in 2019 having held senior technology positions at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont. He’s an expert at leading cross-department teams through successful electronic health record implementations and other strategic initiatives, delivering positive clinical and financial results.  


Teresa DeLappe: Executive Project Officer

Having overseen the implementation of innovative healthcare strategies into clinical and operational workflows for some of North America’s most prestigious healthcare institutions, Teresa DeLappe joined the Executive Project Officer team in December 2019. She has championed the design, marketing, and launch of strategic business, technology, and clinical initiatives for Sutter Health System, Seattle Children’s Hospital, St Charles Healthcare, Airlift Northwest, Harborview Medical Center and Baystate Health System.

Teresa’s trademarked strategy “Beyond the Technology Management™ (BTM) encompasses an approach that recognizes that while technology is often the catalyst for change, it is only one of the many tools and influences built into the human aspect of delivering healthcare.

Bob Feehery

Robert Feehery: Executive Project Officer

An accomplished technology consultant and business leader with over twenty years of Project Management and Client Relationship Management experience, Robert joined VertitechIT in 2018 as an Executive Project Officer. He has a proven track record for managing high-profile, cross-functional project teams to deliver complex business solutions. Prior to joining the company, Robert served as a Vice President of Client Engagement Management for InsPro Technologies and Practice Director for IDC Partners.
